1.Everything here is simulated

All accounts provided through this programme are simulated trading accounts using virtual funds. No customer funds are deposited into or managed through these accounts. Simulated trading results do not represent actual market profits. Performance-based rewards are subject to the applicable programme rules, eligibility requirements and verification.

You are buying an assessment of your trading decisions in a simulated environment. You are not opening a brokerage account, depositing capital, or acquiring any financial instrument, and no order is sent to a live market on your behalf.

2.The fee you pay is at risk

The evaluation fee is the amount you can lose. It is paid for access to the assessment, not held on your behalf, and it is not returned if you breach a rule or fail to reach the target within the permitted period.

Only spend money you can comfortably afford to lose. Never fund an evaluation with borrowed money, credit you cannot repay, or money set aside for essentials.

3.Most participants do not pass

The rules are deliberately strict: a daily loss limit, a maximum drawdown, a per-trade risk cap, a consistency requirement and a time limit all apply at once. A large majority of participants breach one of them before reaching the profit target.

Buying a second attempt does not improve the odds by itself. Repeated resets can add up to a significant amount of money with no reward at the end.

4.No guaranteed reward, income or employment

Passing an evaluation makes you eligible for contractual performance-based rewards under the Rewards & Payouts Policy. It does not create employment, partnership, an allocation of real capital to you, or any promise of ongoing income.

Rewards depend on continuing to meet the published rules, on completing identity verification, and on the account remaining in good standing.

5.No regulatory protection

Next Scale Funded Trading Technologies Ltd. is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority or any other regulator, and nothing on this site is investment advice, a personal recommendation or a financial promotion.

Your money is not client money and is not held in a segregated account. The Financial Services Compensation Scheme does not apply and complaints are not eligible for the Financial Ombudsman Service.

If we became insolvent you would be an unsecured creditor for any amount owed to you.

6.Market data, technology and simulation limits

Prices come from third-party providers and can be delayed, gapped or wrong. Simulated fills, spreads and slippage approximate live conditions but will not match any particular broker.

Outages, connectivity problems and data errors can affect open positions. Automated risk controls such as stop-loss and take-profit are applied on our evaluation cycle and are not guaranteed to trigger at an exact price.

7.Past performance and published statistics

Any pass rates, payout figures or trader results we publish are historical, are stated with their methodology and period, and are not a prediction of what you will achieve.

We do not publish testimonials or results we cannot evidence from our own records.

8.Psychological and financial wellbeing

Trading can be habit-forming and repeated failed attempts can be costly and stressful. If buying evaluations is affecting your finances, work or wellbeing, stop and seek support — in the UK, free debt advice is available from StepChange and National Debtline, and GamCare offers support for compulsive behaviour.

You can ask us to close your account and block future purchases at any time by contacting support.
