How it is applied
What a restriction means for you
- You confirm your country of residence at checkout. Purchases from a restricted country are blocked before payment.
- If we later determine that an account was opened from a restricted jurisdiction, the account can be closed and the evaluation fee refunded in line with the refund policy.
- Rewards cannot be paid to a person resident in a jurisdiction restricted for payouts, or to a sanctioned person or entity, regardless of programme performance.
- Individual customers can also be restricted where fraud, abuse or a sanctions match is identified.
